Who it may be for
Adults with a developmental disability who live in Ontario, and the families who support them.
Basic eligibility
- An adult living in Ontario who has finished school, or is still in school and needs support to take part in the community.
- Eligibility for adult developmental services is confirmed by Developmental Services Ontario (DSO).
- A psychological assessment is needed to confirm a developmental disability.
What it may provide
- Community classes, programs and activities
- Help with daily living and hiring support workers
- Person-directed planning
- Respite, so caregivers can take a break
