I’d love to provide companionship that makes someone’s day feel more enjoyable, connected, and fulfilling. I’m happy to accompany someone for walks, coffee, meals, shopping, appointments, errands, outings, or social activities, and I genuinely enjoy having meaningful conversations and getting to know the people I spend time with. I can also provide support with staying active and engaged, whether that means going for a walk, doing gentle stretching, practicing mindfulness or breathing exercises, or simply getting out of the house and enjoying some fresh air and company. With my background in Pilates, yoga, meditation, and wellness, I enjoy encouraging healthy and positive routines in a way that feels natural and enjoyable. I’m also comfortable providing practical day-to-day assistance, helping with organization, technology, transportation to activities or appointments, and other tasks that make everyday life a little easier. Most importantly, I want the person I’m supporting to feel respected, listened to, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I’m happy to adapt to their personality, interests, energy level, and needs—whether they want an active day out, meaningful conversation, or simply good company.
